  there are many perceptive posters here who have picked up on the mlm amway/jdub connection.. however, there are some who are not familiar with what we are talking about.

  i thought for them it would be nice to list some similarities between the two organizations.. btw, amway has a new line of business, they're calling it quixtar.

  so if you get approached for this, be aware it's just amway.

  The Rainbow as a sign to Noah

  i don't know if this has ever been brought out - i just thought of it:.

  the bible tells us that it rained for forty days and forty nights.. it stopped raining and noah & co floated around for a bit.. when they landed, noah sacrificed some of the animals (weren't they in short supply?

  ) and god promised never to bring a deluge upon then earth again.. to back this up, there was a rainbow in the sky as a sign.. now, what causes a rainbow?

  My MUm and sis have signed up with MARY KAY makeup.
  I went to a meeting to have my face done,and its probably the same as Amway.
  The people their were so nice that I nearly signed!
  They started talking of the parties they would be having,dinners out etc.
  HHmmm I thought could leave my man at home and go party with excuse to make money!

  The woman taking the meeting was a bit of an old bag.
  She gave people incentives to get so many aptments etc,and told Mum she has to have an apt in the next 7days.If Mum doesnt achieve this it will be embarrassing as the woman will ask in front of everyone.

  on second thoughts some of them seemed quite fake.I prefer genuine people who dont have to always 'say the right thing'
  God knows I dont!!!!

  Does anyone here do Mary Kay??
  It is nice stuff and I will probably buy some.

  But I get the pyramid selling =wbts deal

  ok.. i know i've been a bit of a buster in the past, but this is for real.

  there is a site out there, and apparently a demand, for modified housepets.

  in a nutshell, what these ahem... [people] do is take a kitten, sedate it, insert the poor thing into a glass bottle with air holes drilled into it, and run tubes into it to feed it, and tubes into it to take care of everything else.

  Jezebel Spirit

  my mother was labeled as having a jezebel spirit.

  although she regular pioneered most all of her life.

  she was out spoken and remained unmarried so she had no spiritual head.

  An older friend of mine was referred to as a jezebel influence,and this angered me as I was begining to see the status of women in the congregations.

  I have always been a person who likes everything straight down the middle fair and women dont get that treatment and respect in jws.

  As I left at an early age I never got a chance to exercise my new fuond jezzyness,but look out anyone knocking on my door!!!
